2. Takedown Notice Requirements
- Physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
- Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate
3. Response Process
We acknowledge within 24 hours and forward the notice to the hosting customer. Material that meets all DMCA requirements is disabled within 48 hours of valid notice.
4. Counter-Notice
Customers may file a counter-notice with the same details. We restore content 10-14 business days later unless the claimant files suit.
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts with three or more validated infringement notices in a 12-month period are terminated.
6. False Claims
Knowingly false notices may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We may charge filers for fraudulent notices.
